Todd Cop began his real estate business in 2002. Todd, a Navy Veteran, has been representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the greater San Antonio and surrounding areas for 17 years. He founded Cop Properties, LP shortly after attaining his broker license, offering his clients property management services for their rental properties. While he specializes in property management, he has the technical capabilities to facilitate residential, multi-family, and commercial property transactions. Todd prides himself on maintaining constant communication with his clients, and rarely misses a phone call. Cop Properties is based out of Stone Oak, and has a satellite office located in Boerne.
Jessica Alaine®, Agent, ALHS
Jessica Alaine brings to real estate, a wealth of creative design, planning, communication and project development skills honed after nearly a decade as founder and president of Camelot’s Consulting. Jessica turns ordinary into extraordinary, with her positive energy and vision she brings to her residential and investor clientele. Her double degree in mass media and communications, from Houston Baptist University, along with other extensive trainings, have paved the way for many successes. Jessica has planned and produced numerous events and worked with various 501c3 organizations.
Licensed in Texas for residential and commercial real estate, Jessica Alaine is an accredited luxury home specialist, who also specializes in acquisitions for investors of single family and multi-family properties. She has helped many out of state buyers find their dream house and many others, their investment properties. Her background in design and staging, is a talent she utilizes with her clientele. Jessica has been buying and selling homes for profit personally, since 1994.
Kelly Seevers®, Agent
Kelly Seevers moved to San Antonio in 1999 after serving 6 years in United States Army. He prides himself on using the same values of integrity, attention to detail, and selfless service that he learned in the military to help both buyers and sellers navigate the local housing market. In his free time you’ll find him working out or taking his dog, Lola, for hikes on the local trails, and rebuilding old muscle cars.
