Todd Cop began his real estate business in 2002. Todd, a Navy Veteran, has been representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the greater San Antonio and surrounding areas for 17 years. He founded Cop Properties, LP shortly after attaining his broker license, offering his clients property management services for their rental properties. While he specializes in property management, he has the technical capabilities to facilitate residential, multi-family, and commercial property transactions. Todd prides himself on maintaining constant communication with his clients, and rarely misses a phone call. Cop Properties is based out of Stone Oak, and has a satellite office located in Boerne.
